Security Cleanup ($299) is WordPress malware removal for a hacked site that can be recovered in a few hours. It takes 1 to 2 business days.

Plugin or Theme Troubleshooting ($95) is one hour to diagnose and fix a plugin conflict, a theme problem or an error message. It is the right choice when the problem is specific and the rest of your site is healthy.
How the Olea Works unhacking process works
Our proprietary recovery and unhacking process is built to remove the infection completely, not just the symptoms you can see.
- Diagnose. We find out what happened, how the attacker got in and what was touched.
- Contain. Access is locked down so the damage stops spreading.
- Clean or rebuild. Infected files are removed and replaced with clean copies. If the site cannot be trusted, we rebuild it on a staging site and launch it once it is clean.
- Harden. Passwords, keys and weak points are fixed so the same door cannot be reused.
- Report. You get a plain-language summary of what we found and what we did.
Why hacked websites come back, and how to stop it
A hack is often hidden for weeks or months before anyone notices. By then, your backups may be infected too, which is why some sites need a Clean Rebuild instead of a restore.
Neglect is the other big cause. Many “broken” sites are simply years behind on updates, and outdated plugins are a common way in for attackers. The best protection after a rescue is a website care plan, with daily backups, security monitoring and regular updates.

Most hacked website repairs start with our $299 Security Cleanup, which covers up to 3 hours of work. Sites that cannot be safely cleaned need a Clean Rebuild, starting at $1,500. Not sure? The $149 Rescue Assessment is credited toward the fix.
How do I know if my website has been hacked?

We close the entry points we find and harden your site, but no one can promise a site will never be attacked again. Our care plans add daily backups, monitoring and updates to keep it protected.
